All astrology readings are bespoke digital services delivered as a PDF report. Each report is personally prepared based on the birth data provided by the client and reflects my professional interpretation of astrological techniques.

By purchasing a report, you acknowledge that this is a custom service based on time, expertise, and analysis — not a physical product.

2. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate birth details (date, time, and

location). Reports are created using the information submitted at the time of purchase.

If incorrect details are supplied, a revised report may require an additional fee.

3. Delivery

Reports are delivered electronically via email in PDF format within the stated timeframe. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke and time-intensive nature of this service: All sales are final once work has begun.

No refunds will be issued after delivery of the PDF report.

If cancellation is requested before work has started, a refund may be granted at my discretion. This policy reflects the fact that the product is a personalised service based on professional time and analysis.

Astrology provides insight, patterns, and potential themes. It does not guarantee

specific outcomes. Decisions and actions taken following a reading are the sole responsibility of the client.

All one-to-one astrology sessions are live, scheduled video consultations delivered at the agreed date and time.

By booking a session, you are reserving dedicated time in my calendar for personalised astrological analysis and discussion.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All sessions must be paid in full in advance.

Due to the time reserved and preparation involved, all bookings are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will be considered a forfeited session and will not be refunded or transferred.

Failure to attend the scheduled session without notice will be treated as a completed session.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time cannot be guaranteed.

5. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they:

Provide accurate birth details in advance

Have a stable internet connection

Join the session at the scheduled time
